Not sure how many miles i did today. I wasn't going to run today but i was just feeling it again. I haven't been this motivated in a while when it comes to running. I started on the treadmill for a half a mile doing a incline at 15 and a speed of 3.5. The next half mile, I raised it up to 4 and the last .20 miles I raised it up to 4.5. Then cooled down after that. After that, I did 10 sets of walk and sprints. A minute of walking and then a minute of sprints. I did that for 21 minutes. Man o man, i was tired. Been a while since i did anything hardcore since coming back from a injury. I was getting up there. After that, I just went and worked on shoulder and chest for a good half an hour or so. Did some sit ups and I did one more mile of running. Every lap I would run at this gym i go to. I would switch up from 25 to 30. So i would run lap around. do 25. Next lap I would run. I would do 30 and so on, until i hit a mile mark. when i finished that, i was sweating pretty good but still felt like I could do more. I might actually take a day off tomorrow and start on this paper. I guess it is good to rest sometimes and not overdo it.Until next time......

Today, I over did it today. The last few days i have been running for an hour straight. Today, I was just feeling it. I still haven't figured out my garmin watch yet. Somehow trying to figure out , I set it to 3 minutes running and a minute of jogging. I did that for about 18 minutes. I slowed it down for the last 2 minutes and ran hard for the last 10 minutes. I was definitely winded after the run but i felt. I cooled down for about 5 minutes and then hit the treadmill for a bit. On the treadmill i walked a mile. On the first half. I set the incline for 15 and speed at 3.5. Then on the second half, I bumped it up to 4. A little tired but I haven't felt this good in a long time. I might take a break off tomorrow and saturday and run some more sunday. I might be doing some more running outside since it is starting to warm up. Let me tell you this winter has been no joke with the cold weather. Anyways, waking up at 4 in the morning to work on legs since i got out of work late tonight.

I feel like it is more. I got this garmin gps watch from some friends around christmas. I have been using it at this new gym i might sign up to possibly. Anyways. I get no connection in the gym at all. So , I got this pedometer from another friend around christmas and it said I only did 5 miles. I don't feel like I did. Anyways. I ran a hour today like the last couple of days. I have been in the zone in the past month since I started running again. Since i Started this blog. I will share a little story. I ran a half about 5 months ago. Someone told me it was a flat run. To my surprise, it was not and there was some hills. I just started training on hills and I did something to my ankle on the 10 mile. My stubborness would not allow that. I kept going. I finished at a 1:49. But the last 2 miles, I really suffered or I would have finished at least at a 1:38-1:39 at the pace i was running at. Anyways. I stayed off my ankle until last month. Now back to the story. I have been running like a mad man since i got back running. Been trimming down the junk food and watching what i eat. Anyways. I ran a hour today and I felt like I could way more. Honestly, i am still feel like I could do more. Well, now I get to start writing a paper for a class. Until next time
